B2B SAMPLE REQUEST

Request a Silicone Product Sample for B2B Evaluation

Define what your team needs to evaluate. We will review sample availability, preparation, charges, freight and the approval path before dispatch.

CHOOSE THE SAMPLE PURPOSE

One Form, Three Different Evaluation Paths

A stock reference, branding sample and custom tool trial answer different questions. Identifying the evaluation goal prevents the wrong sample from being treated as a production approval.

01

Stock Product Evaluation

Review an available product's size, structure, silicone feel, function and general workmanship before selecting the SKU for a wholesale or private-label discussion.

Best for product selection and early supplier evaluation.
02

Color, Logo or Packaging Reference

Review an available production reference or a project-specific sample when the brand team needs to assess color direction, marking, set presentation or packaging execution.

Best for private-label presentation decisions.
03

Custom Development Sample

Evaluate a tool trial or development sample after drawings, tooling scope, charges and approval criteria have been confirmed for a custom molded product.

Best for engineering and tooling approval.

TRANSPARENT SAMPLE PLANNING

Charges, Freight and Timing Are Confirmed Before Dispatch

Sample cost depends on whether the request uses available stock, requires color or logo preparation, includes packaging or follows custom tooling. Freight depends on the destination, parcel details and courier arrangement.

Instead of publishing a universal promise that may not apply, Naike Silicone confirms the available item, quantity, preparation scope, expected timing and delivery method for each request.

Sample Request FAQ

Practical answers for purchasing, product, quality and brand teams.

Are samples free?

Sample availability and charges depend on the selected product, quantity, preparation and customization. Freight is reviewed separately. Naike Silicone confirms the applicable cost before preparing or dispatching a sample.

Can I request a custom color or logo sample?

Yes, subject to product and process review. Custom color matching, logo tooling, printing, laser marking or packaging may require setup, artwork confirmation, charges and additional lead time.

How many samples should we request?

The quantity should match the evaluation plan. Purchasing may need one reference while product, quality and compliance teams may need separate controlled samples. Tell us who will review them so the request can be scoped efficiently.

Can a sample prove market compliance?

A sample supports product evaluation but does not by itself prove compliance. Testing scope depends on the finished SKU, material, intended use and destination market. Required laboratory work should be separately defined and approved.

Can we send a reference sample to Naike Silicone?

Yes, after the project scope, ownership and delivery instructions are confirmed. Clearly mark whether the item is for benchmarking, redesign or duplication review and identify any features that must not be copied.

What happens after sample approval?

The approved characteristics should be recorded in the product specification, drawing, color reference, packaging file or golden sample. The quotation and purchase order can then reference the same controlled basis.
