NAIKE SILICONE • SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT

Naike Silicone Company History and Buyer Partnerships

Our development reflects a silicone-only focus, practical engineering, controlled production and long-term collaboration with international B2B customers.

HOW WE HAVE GROWN

Specialization Turned Experience Into Supply Capability

Naike Silicone's history is not defined by one date or one product. It is the result of repeatedly solving real development and manufacturing questions for customers who need silicone products that are safe, useful, brand-ready and suitable for reliable volume production.

Over time, those projects built a connected capability—from material and structure review to mold development, compression or injection molding, quality control, customized packaging and export coordination. The chapters below show how that capability took shape.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PATH

Six Chapters Behind Our B2B Capability

Each chapter strengthened the same objective: dependable silicone products and a clearer development experience for wholesale, retail and private-label customers.

CHAPTER 01 · THE STARTING POINT

A Business Built Around Practical Product Needs

Naike began by listening closely to the everyday needs of brands, retailers and promotional-product buyers. Customers wanted useful products that could be customized, produced consistently and prepared for international distribution.

That customer-led approach shaped the way we work today: understand the intended use first, then connect product design, material selection, manufacturing and presentation in one practical development path.

CHAPTER 02 · PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

From Individual Items to a Focused Silicone Range

As customer programs became more varied, our silicone range developed across children's tableware, silicone bibs, ice molds, baking molds and kitchenware, supported by increasingly advanced custom mold development.

The range grew by application, not simply by adding shapes. Each category is considered in terms of food contact, cleaning, storage, grip, flexibility, temperature resistance, packaging and the way the finished product will be used at home.

CHAPTER 03 · SPECIALIZED MANUFACTURING

Deeper Knowledge of Food-Grade Silicone

Naike Silicone strengthened its specialization around food-grade silicone and the processing requirements of platinum-cured LSR and HCR. This focus supports better decisions about hardness, thickness, flexibility, surface finish, color and part structure.

Instead of treating material as a final specification, our team considers it from the earliest design review. That helps identify manufacturability risks before tooling and gives customers clearer choices for performance, appearance and target cost.

CHAPTER 04 · ENGINEERING CAPABILITY

Connecting Design, Tooling and Production

In-house 3D modeling, mold development and CNC support brought more of the development process into one coordinated workflow. A concept can move through structure review, prototype discussion, tooling, sampling and production preparation with fewer disconnected handoffs.

Our present manufacturing platform includes hydraulic compression and LSR injection capabilities. Together they support both established product lines and new OEM or ODM programs, with monthly capacity above 300,000 pieces across core categories.

CHAPTER 05 · QUALITY & DELIVERY

Building Repeatable Control Into Every Order

Growth required more than equipment. Naike developed a three-stage quality approach covering incoming materials, in-process checks and final inspection. Product requirements, approved samples, packaging details and inspection points are aligned before mass production.

For private-label customers, this means one team can coordinate product specifications, branding, color references, packaging, production follow-up and export preparation. The goal is a repeatable order—not a one-time sample that cannot be scaled.

CHAPTER 06 · GLOBAL CONNECTIONS

Learning Directly From Customers Worldwide

Trade fairs and face-to-face customer meetings remain an important part of our development. They allow our team to show new silicone applications, hear how products perform in different markets and understand changing requirements for retail, promotional and branded programs.

Today, Naike Silicone works from Quanzhou, Fujian, China, supporting international customers with product development, customized molding, scalable manufacturing and responsive project communication. Every new collaboration adds practical knowledge to the next chapter of our story.

WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED

Practical Manufacturing Still Comes First

New equipment and broader services only matter when they make a product more reliable, a development decision clearer or supply more stable. We continue to base each program on measurable requirements, realistic manufacturing routes and direct communication.

That means asking the essential questions early: who will use the product, how it should perform, what must be tested, how branding will be applied and what production volume the design must support.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

Earlier Collaboration, Smarter Development

Ongoing improvement centers on bringing design, engineering and quality planning together earlier. Reviewing structure, material, mold feasibility, testing and packaging before tooling is finalized can reduce avoidable revisions and prepare a more scalable route to market.

Naike Silicone will continue to expand application knowledge while keeping the service personal: one responsive team, clear project milestones and a shared focus on products that work in the real world.
