Size and Capacity
Develop individual or coordinated sizes around usable fill volume, storage footprint and selling-unit plan.
KITCHEN TOOLS & FOOD STORAGE
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A custom silicone reusable food storage bag is a finished system whose performance depends on the bag body, opening, closure profile and intended contents rather than silicone material alone. Naike Silicone develops the usable capacity, standing base, wall distribution, seal rail, grip tabs and size family around the buyer's filling, storage, cleaning and retail requirements.
The engineering brief should identify nominal and usable capacity, product dimensions, intended foods, fill temperature, storage orientation, closure method, target refrigerator or freezer conditions, cleaning route and any stacking requirement. These inputs guide the mouth width, interlocking rail geometry, corner radii, gusset depth, wall transitions, parting line, venting, release direction and whether separate molds are needed for each size.
Seal, temperature and reuse statements must be limited to evidence from the approved finished bag under defined conditions. Buyers should specify contents, fill level, closure procedure, orientation, time, conditioning cycles and acceptance criteria; a closed bag is not automatically airtight, leakproof or suitable for transport. Tooling, compound, MOQ, price, samples, documentation and timing are confirmed after the drawing, validation plan, destination market and pack-out are approved.

Each stage addresses a different purchasing risk: manufacturability, functional fit and private-label presentation.

Rail engagement, grip tabs, mouth width, wall balance, gusset transitions, parting line and release direction are reviewed before tooling approval.

Buyer-defined contents, fill level, closure procedure, orientation and conditioning support evidence for the exact approved bag revision.

Size coding, color references, instructions, paper sleeves, selling-unit mix and export-carton protection are approved together.
B2B SOURCING SNAPSHOT
Final terms depend on the approved specification, packaging, quantity and delivery plan.
| Control Point | Buyer Decision | Approval Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Bag format | Flat or stand-up profile, outside dimensions, gusset and usable capacity | Controlled by drawing, fill review and approved physical sample |
| Closure interface | Interlocking rail section, engagement length, grip tabs and opening method | Evaluated with the defined closing sequence, contents, fill level and orientation |
| Wall and base geometry | Wall distribution, bottom radius, gusset transition and standing footprint | Reviewed for molding, filling, cleaning and buyer-defined loaded handling |
| Material and use scope | Silicone grade, cure route, hardness, pigment, finish and lot traceability | Selected for the intended contact, temperature, cleaning route and destination evidence |
| Private-label identity | Molded logo zone, size code, Pantone reference, instructions and packaging | Approved through artwork, color reference and assembled pack sample |
| Commercial release | Tool route, cavity plan, size and color allocation, MOQ, testing and schedule | Quoted after specifications, validation, pack-out and current capacity are confirmed |
Each project is reviewed as a complete product specification.
Develop individual or coordinated sizes around usable fill volume, storage footprint and selling-unit plan.
Review rail section, engagement length, mouth opening, grip tabs and closure sequence with physical samples.
Set gusset depth, bottom radius and transition walls around the intended contents and loading method.
Evaluate silicone grade, cure route, hardness, translucency, pigment and finish for the defined use.
Add a manufacturable logo, size code or fill mark where it does not compromise closure, cleaning or release.
Coordinate bag count, size mix, care and limitation language, paper sleeve or box, labels and export protection.
B2B BUYER FAQ
These answers define the decisions required before tooling, sampling and a reliable quotation.
Send the requested sizes and usable capacities, intended foods, fill temperature, storage orientation, closure expectations, cleaning route, quantity, destination, colors, logo files and packaging preference. Reference bags or dimensional drawings help define the opening and seal.
Only if the exact finished bag passes a suitable buyer-agreed method covering contents, fill level, closure procedure, orientation, duration, conditioning and acceptance criteria. A visual seal or material description is not sufficient evidence.
The factory reviews rail section, interference, engagement length, grip tabs, mouth width, wall transitions and mold release. Physical samples are then closed using the agreed sequence and evaluated under defined conditions.
Yes. The size family, color allocation, nested or folded pack-out and size identification can be coordinated. Each size normally needs its own controlled geometry and may require separate tooling or cavities.
Any such statement should identify the exact compound, food or load, temperature, duration, orientation, cleaning program and acceptance method evaluated. Do not transfer generic silicone temperature claims to an untested finished bag.
Nominal dimensions are not the same as usable capacity. Buyer and factory can agree a fill material, fill level, closure state, standing surface and observation criteria, then record the approved sample revision.
Yes. Pantone-referenced colors, molded identity, size codes, manufacturable fill marks and private-label packaging can be reviewed. Mark placement must preserve seal function, wall balance, cleaning and mold release.
Bag size, closure complexity, number of molds or cavities, compound, colors, validation, package minimums and order mix all affect the commercial plan. Terms are confirmed after drawings and the approval route are fixed.
